Thanks so much for the care and corncern. =)
hi, as for the hemoglobin try taking an over the counter iron pill once a day... your levels aren't that low. my daughter's anemia issue was taken care of with an iron pill her levels were down to a 5 and taking an iron pill resolved it fairly quickly she was also 19 at the time. brooke is right, make an appt with your dr to discuss your concerns and you may find that your issues can be resolved fairly easily.
keep us posted on how you are feeling and of course I wish you the best....

Thanks a lot. =)
Normally when i have such symptoms, no workup is done before that. My hemoglobin is on low side of 11.5 to 12.0. Is this consider slight anemia? Thanks a lot. =)
Hello...
Have you had any type of workup done? CBC to determine if you have anemia or any imbalance of your electrolytes, like potassium, magnesium, calcium?
Your blood pressure is on the lower side of normal. This all could be from many differnet things. Dehydration, fever, inflamation, infection etc.
You should make an appt with your Dr to discuss your symptoms. In the mean time, I wouldn't overly worry about your symptoms. Your HR isn't overly high and your BP is a little low. Just be sure that your drinking enough water, and that when you get up from a sitting position, don't jump up...especially rising from bed in the morning, sit at the edge before getting up (don't leap out of bed).
I hope that you are feeling better in no time:)
