thyroid heart and gi problems

Ive been tachycardic for 3 months now started with primary doc who was treating me with steroids and antibiotics and asthma meds. Not getting any better went to asthma specialist had pft to rule out lungs which are fine and continued down the line to a cardiologist. Had ekg halter monitor echo cardiogram and stress test  all normal except im tachycardic.I kept saying that my throat felt as if i swallowed a golf ball could it be thyroid blood tests were normal until my doc had a nuclear thyroid test which showed graves desease.one doc says it was brought on due to a virus and the other says no its autoimmune and has been there, i believe something triggered this and so does my heart doctor but the endocronologist says no. Ive been having many gi symptoms since all of this has happened gas severe bloating  constipation  lower back pain urinary problems now and was diagnosed with celiacs desease after reserching that desease saw that many of my symptoms could be due to this but docs looks at me as if im crazy. Does anyone else suffer with what is going on with me and what have you done?im also on thyroid meds and heart meds and no relief so i started the gluten free diet and im going to see my gastro this week to swallow a camera to see what is going on with stomach, i need help and just want to feel better this has been ongoing for over a year, can anyone help im young and fit i shouldnt have to be on all this mediine especially if its not working,,any suggestions?

there is a lot of stuff going on in that post but i will say that thyroid can be autoimmune and so can celiac and both are quite common together and believe me both will affect the heart rate in the long run .graves disease is harder to control that hashimotos and it will make the hr higher if not under control.if the thyroid is autoimmune it can reverse back to normal and go up again.in celiac disease there should markers in the bloods and really a biospy is the gold standard test to confirm ,if u are having problems digesting gluten it will result in symptoms of gi problems as in ,inflammation, diarrhea, bloating ,etc
and all these can put pressure on the heart ,also u may malabsorb on certain foods and become dehydrated which can also have a effect on the heart.there is a good celiac forum in here and an excellent thyroid one where you may find a better answer. a gluten free diet is a difficult diet to stick to and needs a lot of reserch but it is a very healthy diet in the long run ,but make sure u are getting what your body needs day to day .i believe most celiacs can tolerate oats in small amounts which is good .
have they given u beta blocker to stop the tach ?
