New Forum

I propose a new forum for those of us that worry and are scared. The goal of this forum would be to reduce and minimize worry in the face of real symptoms. Seems if we could help each other cutback on the worry, the intensity and even the duration of the symptom could be reduced. There are many types of worriers that could get help on this forum...
1) The Futuristic Type - "If I feel like this tomorrow, I won't be able to stand it."
2) The Ghost of the Past Type - "This reminds me of the same thing that happened 20 years ago to me."
3) The Normal Type - "All I want to be is normal. Why can't I feel normal?"

So this forum will be a gathering place for those of us that have tricks to reduce worry/fear. Maybe even for those that have found that worry is productive and helps them. We may all find out that symptoms without worry arn't worth beans.

Well, there is the anxiety forum but that covers anxiety about a multitude of issues, not just heart. Maybe that's too broad a category?
