May friend po ako na test sya na may hepa b last 2 years pero ngaun year lang po sya nag seryoso about it... Then to cut the story short... Normal naman po ang ultrasound nya sa liver at nagpacheck na din po sya sa NKTI bout Hbv Dna and ang result po ay
hbv dna detected is greater than 110,000,000 iu/ml
Remarks:
1. hbv viral load (real time pcr) Detection limit 6-110,000,000 iu/ml
2. Specimen with less than 6 iu/ml is below the define range of the test.
3. Specimen with greater than 110,000,000 iu/ml is above the defined range of the test.

Sabi po ng dr. Nya eh she can take medication kaso mahal at mahaba? Nag reseta sya ng entacavir? 1-2 years nya daw iinumin po yun? Almost 300 ang tablet per day.
Mahirap lang po sila... Hoping may clear explaination what to do and what should do.. Pano kung di kaya ang medication?

Regarding about my question po about kung di nya kaya ang medication? Or may alam po ba kayo na kung saan makaka bili nito sa pinaka murang halaga? Salamat ng marami sa pag bigay attention. :)

Pano po kung di nya kaya ang medication? Would his life be in danger? I mean quickly? Panu po ang span? Change lifestyle napo sya dina sya umiinom ng alak.

Mataas nga ang viral load nya kya siguro pinapa take sya medication. Unfortunately mahal tlga ang gamot sa HepB and yung entecavir hindi nya gagamutin yung virus, the goal is:

- lower the amount of HBV in the body
- lower the ability of HBV to multiply and infect new liver cells
- improve the condition of your liver

He/she can live a healthy life style. Wag mawalan ng pag asa. Join support group like Yellow Warrior (I am a member of that group). Last time na umattend ako ng meeting, merong isang member na cleared na sa HepB so magandang balita tlga yun for all of us. :)
