4 month test?

Will hepatitis show 4 months after exposer almost 5 since? Thanks:)

They recommend an antibody test at around three months after exposure but in some cases it can take up to 6 months for the antibodies to appear.  If you are negative for antibodies at 5 months it's very unlikely you hepc but you should be tested at one year again just to be sure.  You can always ask your doctor to run an HCV RNA by PCR test which will detect active hepc virus 2 weeks after exposure.
