6 Mo POST Prove 3-awaiting results and SVR!!!!

I haven't been here much lately as I've been waisting too much time thinking about myself. I wanted to get out there a bit and say that I am now awaiting the results of my blood work to know if I've SVR'ed or .... Don't want to say that part as I'm believing that it will be SVR. I've treated 3 times previously and this time had the 'magical bump' I needed with the Telaprevir and have been clear since the 2nd week which was May of '07.

Also, for all you prove 3'ers on VX-950 (Telaprevir); I've heard that withing 6 weeks they will release the leg that you were in due to all the results nearing completion. I think I was one of the last folks admitted as I had a dear friend that called all over the country trying to find a way to get me in and I commuted to Cleveland from Denver for the treatments. I did get to switch at the end to finish up here in Denver but wow what an experience!

Anyway, I'm soliciting prayers and positive thoughts for success in the results I will get shortly. I will share results and thank you to all of you who have encouraged me for the last 19 months while I fought the fight and kept the faith. Thanks!!!!!!!!

-Scott

You've got my sincrere prayers. I kept up with you guys' (and gals) saga from the start. I nearly got into the latest round of Vertexs' trails but opted to try Alinia off label. UND @ 2 weeks and will be taking my 12th shot tonite. Good luck fellow warrior. jerry

Wow !! Treating 4 times is amazing to me. I guess you didn't get any permanent side effects. I would be afraid to treat so many times. Anyway I asked God to help you and to attain SVR.

Well you helped a lot of people and you will get the real deal now! Thanks for being willing to be in the placebo arm (as we were all at risk for that) but now you know! I'll be following you too.

Thanks to everyone that responded to me so quickly with encouragement and hope! I will report back on the final probably on Tuesday/Wednesday? I'm praying and believing for all of you too!

This is the big one, Scott!! I had no idea you were cummuting during your treatment!  That must have been very difficult.
I think we should start making plans for that Prove 3 SVR party!!  How are your feeling?  I am amazed every day at how great I feel and hope you're feeling the same.
I'll be watching for your results.....although I'm certain that you're the next of us triple therapy Prove 3ers that going to hear those 3 sweet letters ;-)

Well I certainly offer my prayers for your SVR also......I like your nickname...Its a wonderful prophetic name and I pray that by that name God sees your "faith" because though you had failed tx before, you are still "Full of Hope." And those of us that relapsed know that a good attitude like that is not easy to hold onto,,,,but you have and thats an inspiration to us all.

Looking forward to hearing a good report,
MO

Wow! I've feel really bad that I haven't been here more often as I truly feel affirmed by the response that I've had from everyone.

I do look forward to the SVR party whereever it may be and I feel like if I don't get SVR that I will be letting some down so the pressure is on! But that's a good pressure and one that I am so hopeful for that I believe that good news is near... Eric, how are you feeling? MO thanks! Jasper you are the man! Denise great job and look forward to seeing you! Thanks too Tammy!

Thanks again to everyone so much for your help and support. And Meki I'm lovin' your love :-) It seems you've been there for everyone and it is greatly appreciated!

Numbers coming soon...
