Could it be possible that our TX drugs could disolve a mass ?
I just came from a 6 month follow up with a Mammogram. They found a mass 6 mos ago, and did not have previous xray to compare to, so they made we wait 6 mos for followup. Its gone.. thats what the radiologist told the tech, so will wait of course to hear from my doctor next week.
But I thought I read somewhere about Interferon taking care of other issues as well ? I asked the tech about it, she says it could be possible .. and with losing 47 lbs , that attributed to it as well. So I am happy for a change.. LOL
Well time to head back to work.. Just home on lunch .

I didn't take one last nite.. but took my shot and went to bed. Had a funeral of a close family friend today. So I am pretty stressed and exhusted right now. Hard to type actually, so going to go lay down and take a tylenol, as my back is killing me along with a headache..
I ate a couple of bites at the house after the funeral, but got really light headed when I got up for my water, and twisted my knee, cuz they felt like rubber. So ended up staying longer than I had planned, cuz I could not drive. Had an offer to drive me and follow so he could get home, but It passed..

The pharmacy lost my Lunesta. I never even got to try it. I'm on week 31/51. NP says I have to do 3 extra weeks because I wasn't UND at week 11 but I was at week 15 and ever since. I hope you had a good sleep. I'm doing O.K. but I sure wake up a lot.

I have a friend who has MS and she told me of her wickedness of that interferon she was given. Although she doesn't take it anymore. I don't ask too many questions ,but I listen.
Unfortunately she doesn't understand HCV well either. It's hard to talk to her about it because she insist her mother died from it 20 yrs ago. She doesn't realize a lot has changed since then. I'll just have to prove it to her.
I just became UND in my 5th week.

Yes taking another Lunesta tonite.. I need the rest for sure.. today was too stressful, having chest pains on and off night. I ended up taking a xanax when I got back to work, or I felt I was going to start screaming.. I made it thru the day, but only did what I could. did not try to rush to get it done. Which is what I usually do. Well going to bed.. have a great evening.. Tomorrow is shot 20/48.. almost half way..

I'm so sorry you have to work so hard. I have antianxiety herbs in my desk just in case I need them. They were recommended by Dr. Zhang. But I don't have the high powered job you have. Please take care and get enough sleep.
Hemo is back up to 9.1. Hemo dr doesnt want to have to do the transfusion just yet. Told me to do 60,000 units this week, and he will up my dose to 40,000. So just got that cared for, in calling the pharmacy to have them send me my new rx, due to he had me do the other 2 shots I had today.. I did one last nite, and the other 2 after my appt with hemo.. then went to work.. I got all stresed and ended up losing my breakfast. then had to go to a meeting, and got that feeling and went running. I do not think I handle the rest of the day, but I have so much to do. I am so tempted to call our EAP line and report stress is causing me to feel like I am having a heart attack. I could feel my heart pumping like it was coming out of my chest. a couple deep breaths,, and it slowed.. well I gotta go back to work..

That's the best news you've posted since you started tx I think. Can't beat news like that. So maybe these meds are good for more than killing the virus. Personally, I feel they have shrunk the mass between my ears quite well also!

thats great news!!!, i heard something about that too, i think i saw it posted before i began tx.
Congradulations on losing your mass. The only mass my tx shrinks is the money in my wallet. Smile. LOL
