anybody knows?

Is there already someone who did 48 weeks because of  no early response at 4 weeks and achieve SVR 6 months post EOT?I know in my case I have about 63% chance of SVR. If I complete 48 weeks successfully.

I believe there is one person on the forum who was DET at week 4, did 48 weeks, and attained SVR.

That does not mean the rest of us failed treatment, LOL. Most of us are just finishing our 48 weeks over the past couple of months. Therefore, we do not know if we have attained SVR or not. It is too soon for most of us 48 weekers. However, most of us were UND at the end of 48 weeks of TX so that is promising.

Those of us who were DET at 4 weeks but UND at 12 weeks have a 64% chance at SVR (depending on which study you read). If we do not have a viral breakthrough while still on Tx and can stay UND until the end of Tx, then our chances are better. Then all we have to worry about is relapse.

Here is a link to Frijole's spread sheets and you can look at them and see how people did/are doing.

Go to the 3rd white page and click on it. There are 5 pages of stats on people on the forum. Th sheets list Genotype and subtype if known, whether Tx naive or experienced and what happened last time, starting VL, start date, which drugs being treated with, VL results for various weeks of Tx including weeks 4, 12, 24 and more if more were done, SVR if it applies

Greetings from a fellow Canadian.I'm a neophyte at all of this, but there is a bunch knowledgable folks here that could help you.You would have to provide more information about yourself such as what genotype and what treatment your on  ect...If your not to brain fogged try and google the stuff up.

Best wishes
