Just wondered...I was rdiagnosed with hep c when applying for life insurance 2 yrs ago.  Since then I have developed red blotches from my neck to my forearms. I am increasingly ftigued, nauseas. amd suffer from chills. Inititiallyt consulted a endocronologist , too expensive to continue to consult. Am I dying?

If the test was for life insurance purposes it most likely was not adequate to fully confirm a hepatitis C diagnosis.  You need additional testing for that confirmation.

With those vague symptoms you should see a family practice doctor or clininc before proceeding to a specialist.
