(A less tasteful sort would have steered this towards the "brown eye", but that's just not me)

I have always been impressed by the Dalai Lama. What a phenomenal human being. It's nice to be reminded of these things from time to time. Especially when Riba rage and interferon anger can make you forget!

Certainly, the above thoughts maybe hard to remember but when we practice them, they make us feel good, better beings and the world just a little bit of a better place.

How true is that..........I have to try and remember it when people are really bugging me here at work or something then perhaps I can change what is going on.
