This is the second birthday you’re celebrating during your long, seventy-two week treatment.
Your lively intelligence, unflagging determination, down-to-earth practicality and enduring strength set an example for me every day. A truer friend than you would be hard to find.
Come this Fourth of July, citizens of the U.S. and pilgrims from around the world will again ascend to the crown barred to us since September 11, 2001. I wish you and I could do that climb together.
We’d laboriously and breathlessly climb the narrow, rickety stairway within the hollow interior of the Statue of Liberty and gaze, like Liberty herself, beyond the ocean horizon.

Well, Yesterday I wrote the same thing about getting Trin back on this thread and I would assume it was Medhelp that pulled it? Hopefully the rest will stay

I've written three or four letters to Medhelp and will continue on a daily basis, even though T-rin hates to be in the limelight and probably wants us to move on without her.
I'd like to see her back here at home with us and simply ask that MH review its initial suspension on its own merits.

I think we should all contact Med Help and nicely ask them to reconsider her banishment . We could explain to them she is tx for 72 weeks, works full time, and takes care of her disable husband and needs the support of the forum. I don't think Med Help really understands how seriously we take this forum and when we see trolls asking those sexual explicit questions , we get offended.
Please allow Trinity backs as everyone misses her and we know she needs this forum. Please reconsider her banishment.

Hiya Trin, late to the party here! Bottoms up to the rootbeer in your honour and blowing birthday horns from Canada. I hope you had an awesome day with the grandkids and celebrated your birthday in Trinity-style.
Don't worry about the appearance - I aged during treatment also and started to look my age, my daughter tells me. Now that treatment is done, I've recovered that as well. SVR will look beautiful on you regardless and I'm so glad you're in the home stretch.

It's been a long haul hasn't it? If I thought I couldn't do it, I wouldn't of made the commitment. I'm pretty sure I've gone through every side effect tx throws at us except low hgb. I just keep kicking them to the curb so I can take that next shot and put one more week behind me. My appearance has been bothering me more than anything else lately. 57 today and I've aged 15 years. I want to be healthy again. 10 more shots left and the I hope for the best and wish everyone SVR from the bottom of my heart.
Thank you all for your support and understanding. There is no one else on this earth that really knows how much our lives are altered except all of you. I don't have to write it because you know. Without you I'm not sure where I would be right now. You've made me get up, suck it up and move forward yet shown such tremendous compassion and love. That my dear friends has been the best birthday present I've ever received in my life.
Off to the zoo with the kids. Thought about staying home but after reading your thoughtful wishes my energy has been renewed. Hot dang, I'm going to make 57 a day to remember. After all, it's certainly been a monkey house around here so let's go swing the monkeys!
