Wow!!! Leaves me speechless.......
Susan - I thought so too, too good to keep to myself. :)
Pam: YouTube him and watch some of his videos, plays incredible blues....sex on a guitar, that man. Amazing homegrown talent, one of my faves.
LOL, Trish ! "sex on a guitar" That's exactly where my mind went....
More pleasant thoughts for the day!
"sex on a guitar"
Sigh.... "Whatever!" So the dude can play a guitar. Is he going to be there for you in dark socks and boxers when you get home form a hard day at the office? Me thinks not. Will he leave used dental floss on the sink in the morring, just to let you know he needs you? 'Nuff said.
Ha.. guy is just pretend....this is real sex on the quitar...or ...whatever you like :)

Yeah, JH came to mind while watching Shawn, no doubt. Jimi or Shawn, give a gal a break and allow for some fantasizing, huh? Helps to jump start some of these sluggish mornings.....;-D
Yeah, yeah. :)
There is definitely only one Jimi Hendrix. The reason why most electric guitar players at some point learn to play Voodoo Child. No pretending about it, all guitar players play the greats...and the audience loves it.
Without question ...Sean plays a mean blues guitar and multiple guitars at that and is definitely a talent in his own right.
And Pam.....your first instinct was bang on, don't let those boys who couldn't hold a guitar pick to that tell you different....that man IS sex on guitar. And you know what I'm talkin' about. ;-\

Good point.....now I see him playing in dark socks and boxers right after he left the dental floss in the sink and just after I got home from the office. This just gets better and better.
Thanks friend. :)
I'm here to help, girlfriend!
Don't forget the empty beer cans on the nightstand. And borrowing your deodorant, on the rare occaisions he decides to use it. (You guys do have deodorant up there, right? You're not using Musk Ox oil or something?)
Hey guys.never mind the little bald dude the gals are talkin about.. Orianthi is truly the best blues player on the guitar today IMHO and ... this is truly sex on a guitar

Sorry Trish...guess I got a little carried away here....love the blues :)
"Yeah, yeah. :)

You got that right.
So, here's a few more offerings. The first isn't blues but the speed that this man's hands have, well, leaves one a bit breathless (and I happen to know he doesn't have callouses.) He starts building at about 3 mins into the video and brings it to the climax at 4 mins:

Now for some good soulful blues guitar:

I don't know where I've been but I wasn't familiar w/ Orianthi. Thanks for link.
Np Will...ain't no competition, just sharing good music. I wouldn't care if the "bald dude" looked like Smeagol from LOTR....he plays a smokin' guitar and he's amazing to watch live and listen, a real treat. Other homegrowns I like are Jack DeKeyzer and Paul James.
Thanks for the links to Orianthi. She has an amazing sound for a 24 year old, not sure I'd call her the best blues player on the guitar today but she's pretty damn good and it will be interesting to see what she's playing and how she's playing when she has the same amount of years tucked under her as some of the others out there. She already has a pretty impressive resume.
Anyone else got links.....bring 'em on!
Sheesh... I dunno about you NoCal boys....don't you know nuthin?? Musk ox oil is used for treating unfinished wood in Russia. And deodorant? Well sure but mostly we just grab the handiest icicle and shove it under our armpits when necessary. Always fresh and clean, we are....it's environmentally friendly too, it just melts and leaves no carbon footprint. We're pretty cutting edge here.
wouldn't care if the "bald dude" looked like Smeagol from LOTR .. he sorta does haha
not sure I'd call her the best blues player on the guitar today ...you don't have to ... but she is :)
Other homegrowns I like are Jack DeKeyzer and Paul James.
Canadian rock and roll?
You do have Leonard Cohen and the Guess Who too.
I was referring to bluesmen in particular, Jack DeKeyzer and Paul James are blues...however you're right...we have Leonard Cohen and The Guess Who...and many more.
Hey, to each his...or her...own, Will. Enjoy. :)
Actually I am kinda taken with the gal from San Diego ... Linda Perry.... not that great onn the quitar ,but a great voice....and well just pretty special...
