Takeing Ribaviron for Hep C

I am trying to find some info on Birth defects due to Ribaviron.  Everything I have gottin from the Doctor tell me not to have a baby because it may cause birth defects.  So I research it on line and find nothing.  can some one enlighten me?

yes  its true ....they are really admittent that you dont get pregnant for  6mthys after taking riba and they have a regisrty if you do so they can track your pregnancy...ill get the number for you
