Can i say something without offending anyone? I like to mention when people first come here scared and worried etc etc, they may ask the same question 4 or 5 times, we all need to understand how we were when we first started are situation.Its very mind blogging in so many ways.. A friend to help and understand is like having a friend in Jesus.I have ask many of the same questions on self and so has others and iam  a person who trys to look at everyone as they all are great and need that reassurance....Iam not offending anyone at all i just wish people would be caring and and not so rude like orphanedhawk..  I think this is  a gracious place to be.. hear peoples needs and understand them and also make a friend for support.Mekki is a very gracious person here in so many ways has alot of compassion for others..  .

Umi - I dunno all of that --- I'm no doctor.

But I can tell you this: Nothing showed on me untl Biopsy -- I had almost everything you mentioned - they thought I had cancer --- went through zillions of tests --- to the point of me thinking maybe I was going crazy. But my liver enzymes were barely out of normal range.

Treatment is hard...

Each person reacts differently - it is a chemotherapy...

So If you're having that many symptoms - you need to determine how much damage you have --- and if treating is right for you.

I'm thinking you need to ask what can be done  --- and if they want to treat you.

You'll need to know your genotype... and how much damage you do have.

Talk to your doctor about your side effects.

Your liver enzymes --- at least for me - were not a good predictor of any problem...

Each person's body is different --- for me the enzymes had nothing to do with the realiaty of what was happening in my body.

I need some informaiton. I am 27 years Old.  I felt symptoms of aching, sever headaches, eye aches, Backaches, joint aches, some times liver ache, general body aching. looks eyes are burning. Feel severe weakness and tired all the day. Want to sleep more. some times chest ache on my right side. If mistakenly my finger pushes strognly on table or some thing hard matter. i feel more pain than ever.  My doctor told me I got hepatitis C virus. I can not concentrate my studies and my Lab work very well. I feel some times temperamental mode Off. My SGPT, and ALT, all liver enzymes reported in the Normal Range. Doctor has also done my Viral Load test. For what I am waiting?. Can any body tell me, " When my liver enzymes are normal, then Why I am feeling these pains and symptoms????

To put it in Biblical terms - you'd try the patience of Job. We have to help ourselves just a little once in a while. Google is an easy search engine so, for example, if you don't know what nash is you could Google - nash liver. The first result in a long line of results explains:
"Nonalcoholic steatohepatitis or NASH is a common, often “silent” liver disease. It resembles alcoholic liver disease, but occurs in people who drink little or no alcohol. The major feature in NASH is fat in the liver, along with inflammation and damage. Most people with NASH feel well and are not aware that they have a liver problem. Nevertheless, NASH can be severe and can lead to cirrhosis, in which the liver is permanently damaged and scarred and no longer able to work properly."
