I also have this weird discompfort in my upper back in between my sholders when I walk and breath has anyone experenced anything like that? I feel very irattible but thats probably just me. Are the side effects different with every shot?

I think that the first shot has alot of side effects. The next one won't be as bad.  You may get different side effects later on from the combo as the riba builds up in your system. Yes, everyone is different.  I hope that you have frequent blood tests to moniter your counts.   Take care, -Libby

some theories are that the first shot of Interferon kills most of the little buggers - unfortunately they replicate almost as soon as they are zapped - maybe that why the first shot is so severe for some - I had an awful time with my first shot but just that once - Now Interferon is my friend LOL  It's the damned riba I do not like LOL

Hopefully it will be downhill for you from here on in.  You did take a couple tylenol with the shot right?  That might help a headache a bit too.

Everybody handles it differently and sides change and come and go all throughout treatment.  Just hang in there and do whatever you can to make it as comfortable for you as possible.
