link missing

Someone posted a link early from an AASLD meeting for Nov. and it's missing. Has anyone notice and where might it have gone?

I think this was it http://www.aasld.org/practiceguidelines/Documents/2011UpdateGenotype1HCVbyAASLD24641.pdf

Read page 4 of 12 and 10 of 12. It seems to give some very good percentages for ILB28 CC with advance fibrosis in only 24 weeks.
If I am interpreting it correctly.

The other thing that strikes me to be strange is how 48 weeks has a lower SVR rate the 24 weeks for some people depending on their situation. Does that strike anyone to be strange or is it just me?
