burp in chest

while Iam asleep I have had what seems to be  a burp coming from the middle of my chest it only happens @ night while iam asleep it wakes me up . what could it be??? this just started I take high blood medication which I started about a month ago could it be the medication??

Could be is you're on a beta blocker as it slows your heart rate down and can cause any PVC's to feel more pronounced. What you feel is the pause as the heart catches up and can feel like a burp. Ask your doctor, but these are almost always insignificant.
