need help

hi my name is Leroy Ramirez (21 years old)

so i went to the ER due to a numb left arm and i was told i have high blood pressure. so i know i have high blood pressure but i have a new feeling going on with my body. i dont know how to explain it but my left arm and left leg go numb its not my full arm or leg. my right hand gets numb sometimes i feel this way everyday but i can still feel everything and move it then i feel a cold feeling come on(arms and chest). i was told my heart is okay so what could this be? could this be due to my high blood pressure? do i have a brain anevrysms
