Are these Genital Warts or not?

Hi. On September 22, 2012 and October 8, 2012, I had unprotected oral sex in a massage parlor. I have already been gram stained and it showed that they are clear. However, I noticed this in my penis. I am concerned that they might be genital warts, or somehow might just look like genital warts. The skin around my penis looks like that. I'm not sure if I had this before the encounters as I have never had genital to genital contact before that. It has not grown at all.

Maybe. Go see a dermatologist and get one of them removed and biopsied.
