Blood pressure weird readings

Hello,

I think or I am sure that I have white coat syndrom. At the doctor I have been monitored for half an hour and based on that I got meds but after some diet and sport my blood pressure were very ok.

Now I started myself monitoring my blood pressure, yesterday I took measurements every 2 hours (3-4 times).
Its very strange that I sometimes have peaks or hi spikes in lower blood pressure and it's ready 135/106 or 135/111 just one reading and immediately after and before this reading the pressure comes back to normal.

Even today I had one measurement of 117/45 !!!!!!
I have no symptoms at all.

Short ago I had a blood picture and everything turned normal except a high cholesterol which I have have to
lower.

Why I am getting these weird readings from time to time ( from 30 readings I get about 4-5 very weird).
Any idea or anyone had the similar issue?

Regards
