High Blood Presure on

Dear experts,

I am a 23-year-old college student, and I found I got high blood pressure. Several years before my parents found my blood pressure is a little high when I was almost 17, but not too high and there was no symptoms so I did not mind it. Yesterday I went to hospital and the doctor told me that my systolic pressure is 190 and I was scared.

Now let me tell you my body situation. I am 178 cm tall and weight 108 kg. But every one do not believe that I am 108 kg ,they believe that I am 85 kg at most. I always stay in my room and only get a walk when I go to class. I do not like sports and never do sports regularly. My mind pressure is high, because my study is pretty busy and I always sleep late at night. I like eating meat and ice-cream. I know my habit is not healthy.

I want to know that if I want my blood pressure down, is there any way without taking medicine? And is it ok I handle this problem after my graduation next month? Because I do not feel any bad and I seems not sick.

Hi Molonister, why is it you dont want to take med?
you are still young and you should normalize your BP.
Try to take UHS products they are organic and no side effects

High blood pressure is called "the silent killer" because it usually has NO symptoms, and people with it do NOT feel sick.

You are young, and the chances of your having a stroke or heart attack are not as great as they would be in a man of 50, however, high blood pressure is SERIOUS and needs to be treated.

I'm not a doctor; you should listen to yours and do what they say.  If you are prescribed medicine, TAKE IT.    You can always try and lower your BP while you are on the meds.  You need to lose weight and start eating healthy or you are going to continue to have medical issues.

A diet based mostly on fruits and vegetables is the healthiest.  Ice cream is very fattening; please don't eat it anymore.   You also need to get some type of exercise, even if it is just swimming.
