Im a relatively healthy adult, mid-20s. I don't need the shot, its best saved for those who would benefit from it. I actually never get flu shots because Ive never had a problem dealing with occasional flus.

I will re-evaluate this stance as time advances.

I got it in last year and again in this year. I am 63 years old. With some immunodeficiency and with chronic sinusitis etc.

No - we decline it each year.  Although I have had the flu each year during the last two years and it has been pretty unpleasant!

No last time I had one I was sick with flu symptoms afterwards ..I feel less medication is better for the human body..
