Just saw your comment-I had an adverse reaction to H1N1 vaccine Dec/09-I continue to have tingling, leg weakness, rapid pulse, headaches etc but improving very slowly-steroids were offered by 2 docs I saw-my neuro doctor said do not take steroids for this as it could kindof lock your symptoms in place. He thought maybe antivirals-but I chose to take nothing-just try to let it wear off-apparently it could take up to a year. Good Luck to you, Lori

I am glad you did not take the steroids. For some reason these are given out like candy with no regard to long term effects. I took inhaled steroids for asthma and now battle adrenal fatigue. I have been battling it for almost a year with very little improvement. Needless to say I stopped the steroids and found, much to my surprise, that natural supplements worked better. With no side effects.
