Fatigue and lack of concentration

For about the past two years or so i have been experiencing symptoms including fatigue and lack of concentration.  I wake up in the morning everyday and immediately feel tired, I look tired all day long and never seem to feel good. I used to wake up every morning "shot out of a cannon" and now i forget what that feels like. About a year ago i started relying on caffeine because i could not stand being tired all the time, i have been off the caffeine for about 6 months now. I am a VERY healthy 20 year old male, i workout everyday and eat extremely well. for a while i thought my symptoms were from overtraining but i recently took 6 weeks off because of an injury and still felt the same.  I also wonder if this could be "post concussion syndrome" considering i have had around 4 concussions.  My other symptoms are slight memory loss, laziness, fatigue, and lack of concentration.  I went to my physician and he did lots of blood work on me and then i went in for a sleep study where we ruled out sleep apnea, i also went to a neurologist and he said there was nothing wrong with me.  I have had an mri of my head and there was nothing wrong there. If anybody has any information for me or any ideas of what this could be, please post. thank you

If you can't talk to your doctor about these matters, you may want to try a psychologist in your area.

How do you get your doctors full attention, trying to talk to her about how I feel and how we can do something about it. Yes, I'm on Willbutrin and panic, anxiety, sleep disorder, fibromyalgia-the whole works.
I just want to be listened to.  I've thought able writing a persona letter of help and explain how I feel without causeing bad feelings. I don't want to do that.
I wonder is there someone else that I could go to with this where I live.

You did not mention what you sleep is like at night but my guess is that you are getting a reasonable amount of sleep (6-8 hours) or you would have mentioned insomnia as the cause of your fatigue. If, in fact, your sleep duration is reasonable and your sleep study was normal, the cause of the problem is something other than your sleep. Your doctor is the best person to talk to about this since the cause may be either physical or psychological (depression, for example, is associated with fatigue and lack of concentration).
