Can any1 please help

Symtoms: Supra pelvic discomfort
vaginal discomfort, creamy whitish discharge not much a lil every few days
urethrea irritated, sore
vaginal hole irritated, bump about 2 centimetres inside vagina, swolen vagina and uterus
urinary frequency 10-15 times daily
constipation
have to strain to completely void urine
bladder pain

About me: 26 year old female, no kids, no previous problems down there, on oral contraceptive, intercource out of question with this condition i would imagine it will hurt like hell.

Doctors tests so far:

Pelvic ultrasound, no fibroids or polyips, womb slightly swolen
Bloods/std tests:clear (in monogamous relationship)
Urine tests did several in office all clear and sent 2 to the lab all clear
Thrush diagnosed: used cream, pessaries, diflucan
prescribed Regurin 20mg to help with urination frequency, but im still left with all of the above symptoms for 6 months before i can see a gyny/urologist

My query is does this sound like i might have a prolapse? an infection or does it seem to be a urology issue such as IC or other bladder problem, i would appreciate any comments from any 1 who has had this or mybe a doctor might have some idea its driving me nutts. It has affected my life big time as i will not venture far as im uncomfortable esp in car my personal life suffers 2 i just go from work to bed every day

IC is a diagnosis of exclusion..  You may have a vaginitis, with the vaginal discharge/yeast vaginitis and swelling.  It sounds like you may also have an underlying frequency/urgency problem dispite the possible infection.  You clearly need to see a Gynecologist first to rule out the vaginal infection issue, prolapse etc.  If you don't have those problems you may have IC.  The classic triad of symptoms are urinary frequency, constant urge to go, and pain, pressure, or discomfort in the bladder, urethra or vagina.  You will eventually need a work up for IC by a Urologist or Urogynecologist.  It shouldn't take 6 months to be see either.  A visit to the Urologist may give you new treatment options not available you you in the past. Let me know where you live and I may be able to recommend someone close who has the expertise you need.   Good Luck
