Cath after CABG showed problems

Recently I emailed you a question relating to my catherization 1 yr after CABG (1 sequential svg closedf and a 60% blockage in a branch off the LAD).  I asked if I was at risk for a heart attack still and you said yes. I hate to be so stupid but my dr has never answered the question and others have asked the same question.  What puts me at risk for a heart attack?  The blockage in the branch off the LAD or the spasming arteries?  What the Dr said was if the branch closes over time I would not have a heart attack.  Is that true?

I think you are referring to Cleveland Clinic? I will defer this to one of them since they will have your films...we are at Truman Medical Center
