Help with symptoms after a myectomy

I just had a myectomy in Feb/08, and started back to work after six weeks of being off. I found out in October that I had hypertrophic cardiomyapthy. I had started having weird symptoms, like cold sweats, and at the same time I would be sweating so bad! also, my eyes start crossing, and I feel dizzy and really shaky. Well, the symptoms went away while I was off work, so I figured that it must of been the hcm, but now that I am back to work, they have come back! I can  hardly stand it. I have been to several drs. and I think they don't believe me. The one specialist I did have before the surgery said he had never heard of those symptoms before. So , what do you think? am I just working to hard to get back to  normal? so soon after surgery? (I am a assistant manager , at a retail store, so i do everything!)
and that is why they are coming back? or should I look into another reason besides my heart? thanks for listening.

No, I didn't. Cleveland Clinic never suggested it, I think because of my age? I am only 39.
I did start to do easy excerises myself. Also, have started walking a few times a week. I really can't afford to be off again! because , of my FMLA leave, was exhausted. I am going to contact just a reg. dr. and see what they think? thanks for answering my question.

I am not sure why you have these symptoms.  Did you take cardiac rehab before going back to work??  That could help increase your activity before returning to work.  You may just be doing too much too soon.
