Thanks for your answer. Regarding the risk factors, I do not smoke, normal BP, no diabetes. Please let me know if there is anything else you would like to add base on these factors.

It would be helpful to know your other risk factors,ie, high blood pressure, family history, smoking, diabetes. The Framingham risk score will help predict your 10 year risk of heart disease. That said, I would initially recommend an aggressive diet to get your LDL around 100 or less.
Don't know what the doctor will say, but even though your HDL is high and may offset your high LDL, I would want to make a change, especially if you have these numbers and are active meaning you already exercise regularly. You can change your diet as well, but you really want that LDL under 100.
