1.What are upper normal limits of Left Ventricle ID  (dia - cm), Left Ventricle ID (sys - cm),Left atrium, Aortic root, and mid Ascending aorta (measured by echo) in a 55 year old male who is 5' 11 to 6' 0" inches tall, and weighs 189 pounds? 2. What would be the order of the following ventricular ectopc beats from least dangerous to most dangerous: ventricular couplets, ventricular trigeminy,ventricular triplets and specifically are ventricular trigeminy beats more dangerous than ventricular couplets or its other way around? Dr.Bogart, Is this LV-4.5 cm typing error,because I thought Left venticle ID (dia - cm) upper normal range is bigger than that or is LV-4.5 cm upper normal range for Left Ventricle ID (sys - cm)? What is upper normal range for Left Ventricle ID (dia -cm) for the above person? What is upper normal range for mid Ascending aorta for the above person? What's the difference between left ventricular trigeminy beats and couplets in a patient with structually normal heart and in a patient with not structually normal heart,in other words are left ventricle trigeminy beats more dangerous than couplets?Thank you

Ventricular ectopy is generally not harmful if the patient has a structurally normal heart.  The Lown criteria which classified ventricular ectopy as you are asking ihas been shown to no longer be valid.
