need help understanding my holter result

i got my holter results and would like to know wat they mean.. main hr 78> max hr 161> mini hr 24. ventricular ectopy early 251> late 2071. beats: longest 26@ 2:42am rate 73  fastest: 3@ 7:17pm rate 194. supraventricular ectopy20% total: 2048 single:895> pairs: 226> total run:105> beats in run; 701> beats longest 35@9:44pm rate 84> fastest 3@10:59am rate 209> rr variability sdnn:156ms> pnn50:10.12%> rmssd 104ms> pauses 1084 greater than 2.5 sec> longest pause 6.85 sec @6:28am > st absolute depression -3.62mm> elevation 3.50mm> please anything u can tell me will be of help till i see doctor              thank you

          I've been having lots of dizziness,tightnessin my chest,palpations,and short of breath.and they did all these test it will take a while before i get to my doctor so i would like to know how to understand my results. i understand it's not the same as seeing me as a person to person patient but what ever you can tell me will be very greatly appreciated..             ( Holter moniter Results)

and my maximum heart rate was 161 @2:16 pm
the minimum heat rate was 24 @ 9:26 pm
