undiagnosed

I've been having random heart palpitations (usually a single hard palp),  sometimes they are hard enough to give me near syncope,   I have been able to listen over my sternum with a stethescope, so it literally sounds like my heart stops for a couple or few seconds and like there's a kick inside my chest.
There has even been some times when I have brief near syncope when exercising on my stationary bike , even if I don't always feel a palp  (i do 30 mins/day).

Some days I just very "weird",  like I just feel weak and tight chested all the time, shoulders burn severely, I feel light headed and spaced out...I feel very faint, nauseated, breathless, and weak alot, that's the worst symptom since it's so frequent.....   On days when I feel generally worse, the palps are alot more likely. EKG's have been normal when feeling "weird".
I do or eat absolutely nothing substantially different to cause this that I can think of.

I did have a normal stress echo though (no palps during it, unfortunately). I also did one of those calcium score things just for fun and it was Zero. My cholesterol is perfect. The other labs like thyroid, CBC, CMP, clotting, and liver are okay, ESR was 0 both times

1 other thing I thought was odd, is that a lot of times my belly seems to get kind of bloated and hard feeling.  I mean, nothing extraordinary but it's not too normal of what I was used to my abdomen feeling like,,
I have never seen significant swelling in my ankles or feet though.

1 other weird thing I've noticed, often the tightness in my chest lets up for a while especially after I've been laying down, and when I take a deep breath I can hear a low pitched wheeze when breathing deep.

I have had a history of mild intermittant gastritis and acid reflux..Can either of those be the sole cause of palps?  Are single isolated palps almost always benign?  Don't be afraid to comment outside my line of questioning also.  Note: I am 30 yrs old.

As far as the palpitations go, I would consider wearing a Holter monitor or a 14 day event monitor to see what exactly is occuring from a cardiac standpoint when you experience these palpitations.

I have been having the same issues and I an only 22. I've had an extensive work up and they couldn't find any thing wrong the doctors say that it's from anxiety. I started my first pill today for anxiety and its like it helped but the palps where still there and I know its only the first day but it feel so bad almost to the point of feeling like I am about to die. It's very scary.
