Adrenal Lesion 19 millimeters

I had been having some lower left back pressure sometimes with pain.  I had a feeling of fullness whenever I would have my meals even though I hadn't eaten much.  Headaches.  Constant dry mouth/throat.  My primary care physician ordered a CT Scan.  Those results prompted an MRI.  The MRI indicated an adrenal lesion 19 millimeters in size.  The test also revealed a renal anuerysm 3.2 centimeters in size.  I was told nothing would be done with the anuerysm until it reached 5 centimeters.  I had the MRI on 02/05/14.  My doctor has ordered another MRI in 4 months. I was told that the lesion didn't appear to be cancerous.  Can that be determined without actually seeing the lesion?  Is my physician handling my results in a competent way?  I've always trusted him as he is great at listening to me and what I tell him my body is telling me.

Thank you for your response.  I completely trust my primary care physician.  I guess I'm just concerned about having a mass inside my body.  I sincerely thank you for your advice.  I have an appointment with my primary care doctor in a couple weeks and plan to have a good discussion with him then.

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,
A complete medical evaluation is necessary for determining the exact cause of your symptoms. The common causes of adrenal masses are adenoma, myelolipoma, cyst, lipoma, pheochromocytoma, adrenal cancer, metastatic cancer, hyperplasia, and tuberculosis. Renal artery aneurysms can pose a real risk if they're large enough to rupture. If you are not satisfied with your doctor’s opinion you may need second opinion. Early diagnosis and treatment will be helpful. Do keep me posted.
Best luck and regards!
