Can Holmium Laser Surgery on Right Kidney Cause Pancreatis(pancreatitis)

I have bilateral kidney stones and had an eswl on my left kidney and holmium laser surgery on my right kidney to  break up the stones. The day following the the surgery, as the medication was wearing off, I experience sharp upper right quadrant pain and continuous nausea. Lab tests showed abnormal lipase and amylase with a diagnosis of pancreatitis. I lost 35 lbs in the 1st month from the nauseau.

I went back to the urological surgeon and asked if it was related and he started getting quite rude, telling me it just a stomach problem and not related. As I was leaving his office, he said to me I hope I never see you again.

From the course of events, I believe that the pancreatitis was caused by the holmium laser surgery. The Holmium laser site even notes that care must be taken because adjacent organs can be damaged.

Any help on this would be appreciated.
