Cystic Dysplastic Fetal Left Kidney

Hello,
My wife is 36 pregnant, the USG has revealed "Cystic Dysplastic Fetal Left Kidney". I would like to know what are the implcations of this condition, will my new born be alright, is there a cure for this condition? The AFI is 7, which the Dr. has said because the foetus is not urinating properly. All the other results are OK.
Any information on this will be highly appreciated. Also suggest a specialist in Mumbai, India.
