Do Bilateral Adnexa and Kidney Cyst cause fatigue

I have bilateral adnexa, a 2X2 left kidney cyst and slightly low WBC after CT and blood test.
I have extreme fatigue and sleep 12 hrs a night and drowsy/fatigued during the day.
Could they all be related? Dr. said nothing about adnexa even after I asked if the "pain" was from a history of torted ovarian cysts and said CT was done and nothing was found - I asked for an ultrasound and they said no.
Also, urologist said cyst "was no big deal" when I went to see if this was the cause of my symptoms. Not sure what my next steps should be since I am just sooo drained all day everyday.
