I have a Bun count of 24, but my  court
count is normal. Do I have anything to
worry about.

Thanks Ginny

OOPS meant that for Marina_busybee

I just found out my creatinine ration was 481.6 mg/g. Everywhere I read it says that I have kidney disease. But my mineral counts are normal, at least the ones I've been tested for anyway. My doctor is doing another urine test. I'll know the results in about a week. I'm scared. What do I need to do to not progress my disease?

Ginny,

Is there  a  reason  you're  concerned,  because  even  though  your  BUN is on the higher  side, it's  still within  normal levels.         (BUN  6-25)
Is your  B/P high?

how  are the  rest of your  renal  labs   (potassium,  phosphorus,  calcium,  sodium,  magnesium)

If  everything else is  within  range, then  there's  nothing to  worry  about.

Take  care!
