PKD - "Water Pills"

Greetings, I have PKD. I am 40 years old and I great kidney function.  However, I have been having a lot of trouble with water retention and wanted to know if it would be harmful to my kidneys to use water pills sold at drug stores.  Specifically, the one I am interested in has:
Potassium (from Potassium Gluconate) (Containing 34 mg of Elemental Potassium)  200 mg    
Proprietary Botanical Blend  200 mg  
Uva Ursi 4:1 Extract  250 mg  
Parsley 4:1 Extract  250 mg  
Other Ingredients: Dicalcium Phosphate, Microcrystalline Cellulose, Stearic Acid, Silica, and Magnesium Stearate. Proprietary Herbal Blend: Cornsilk Stylus, Couchgrass Rhizorne, Rose Hips 4:1 Extract, Elecampane Root, Goldenrod Herb (Aerial Parts), Celery Seed 4:1 Extract, Dandelion Root Standardized Extract 5:1 (20% Taraxasterol).
