Renal Sinus Cysts

Hi my husband has been having very bad pain in his abd right under his ribs with pancreatic like symptoms the not being able to burb feeling its like Pressure pushing up on his Diaphram. He was hospitilized 6 months ago for amylaise and lipase being very high with the Chest pain feeling. they ruled out heart problems and did and US and said its what you eat.. Well recenlty 2 weeks now, the feeling is back the pressure which cause pain and almost gerd like sensations. He went to the Dr,  she did blood work his Amylaise was 324, lipase is 39 in range, triglycerides are 417, VLDL are High at 83 annd cholesteral and ldl are highat 137 and the HDL are low at 31 and Cholesterol is high at 251.Is MPV's were low and the Choride was .1 low.
He also just had a CT scan done today for a pacreatic protocol of the ABD with contrast. The results are as follows everything looked unremarakable except for the left  kidney it showed Multiple Left renal sinus cysts. I guess the question is in this bloodwork the high amylaise can it be caused by the kidney cysts and would it be causing the pain / pressure feeling as well, and what is the next step? I called and made an appt with a urologist. and how likely is this to be cancer?
