SUGGESTIVE NODULE ON THE LEFT ADRENAL GLAND

Why may "Plain and contrast-enhanced 64 VCT images of the whole abdomen show a suggestive nodule in the body of the left adrenal gland abutting the medial crus, measuring 6.4x6.6 mm axially.
