stones

I am 35 years old and I am trying to pass a 6mm size stone. Are there any tricks to help it pass on its own?

Thank you for that infor. I am getting my stent tomorrow and have been reading about it. Not good news as far as pain, but this sounds like good advice. Thanks again.

Hi

I had a 6mm stone a few years ago and it was hell.
It took 2 whole weeks to pass by itself and 5 days in the hospital for pain management.

Drink loads of water and walk ...walk like you have never walked before. Gravity helps with it passing. Everytime I walked I got so much pain that I would vomit. Stock yourself up on pain meds I always have a stock of Litalgin just in case.
Litalgin is a great pain med and is meant for gallstone and kidney stone pain.

Thats all that I can tell you, walk walk walk and pain relief.
