Creatinine level 1.9 2 weeks after surgery

I had transplanted kidney surgery 2 weeks ago in foreign country as it was easy to find a donner because of I was worried about infection I returned back to state last Tuesday creatinine level during hospital was 1.3 to 1.5
Last  I left this foreign country back
I arrived at Er at 10.30 pm Tuesday they measure my creatinine it was 1.5
Next day Wednesday 11 am I went to see transplant nephrologist he did blood and urin test
Creatinine was elevated to 1.9 so he reduced neoral from 400 mg a day to 300 mg
Today I went again the creatinine was elevated again to 2.1
He reduced the dose again to 200
And he ask me to do tests on Sunday and to see him next Wednesday
Any one can help or has an experience of neoral overdose
