albumin high

Would like to know if a 59mg albumin is something to worry about? My doctor said my Kidneys were leaking protein in my urine is this something to worry about? What does it all actually mean?

I assume the lab results were reported in mg/L and the normal range is something like 35 - 50 mg/L.  (My lab results are always in g/dL.)

Your albumin level is high but I think your doctor, or perhaps a nephrologist, will need to look at additional test results to make a determination as to the cause.  Just follow through, and don't panic.
