it is said that the size is increasing along with age is there any treatment for this please suggest me privention methods

How did you come to know about these renal cysts? Also, cysts are commonly on the outside of the kidney, and you titled your question "cists IN kidney"... are you sure they're on the inside?
There are procedures for removing cysts, but as I said, we'll need a bit more information regarding how you came to know about them, their location, how big they are, how many you have, 1 or both kidney's, etc, etc.
