lowering WBC what's the indication?

3 weeks back                     6.5
Today                                4.9                            

What does it indicate? I am extremely stressed

Don't worry too much and please try to relax.
Again, your white blood cell count and differential counts are within normal limits.
I suggest you go back to your doctor for advice or further evaluation.

the differential counts are normal..
I am having depression/anxiety...
I haad all the symptoms of ARS..

fever, swollen lymph, weight loss....etc

What is your differential count?
Do you have any symptoms?
Your white blood cell count can still be considered within normal limits.
However, the result should always be correlated clinically, especially if you are experiencing any symptoms.
