lymph node enlargement

could I have enlarged lymph node on the left side of my neck due to infection in my front tooth that might require root canal?

Hi,
Yes, it is possible to have swelling in and around neck, as the lymph drainage is to group of lymph nodes around neck.
You have to get root canal done as early as possible.
Review with dentist at earliest.

Yes, it is possible. Its more usual to have one behind the chin or below the lining of the lower jaw as this is the more immediate area of drainage. The drainage moves downward to the chest, so areas lower in the neck may be involved.
