Hi.
Paroxysmal SVT can explain your cardiac symptoms.  If you have sinus rhythm during examinations, perhaps you can have a Holter monitoring done to see the episode of SVT.  For now, you can continue with the beta blocker.
Please do post the result of your CT scan.
Good luck.

Hi.
It’s good to know that your symptom of fast heart rate has improved somehow.  Beta blocker can be given to slow down the heart rate.  What is the initial consideration of your cardiologist as to what is causing your symptoms?
Do you already have the result of your CT scan?
Please do post your updates.

Hi.
Please do post the result of your examinations.
I would also suggest having a cardiac evaluation since you are experiencing symptoms (chest pain, fast heart rate, skip beats) that may pertain to a heart problem.
Good luck.

Hi.
What you can do now is to have the lymph node biopsied.  That can help in ruling out the possibility of lymphoma, and in identifying what is causing your symptoms.  I would also suggest you seek consult with a rheumatologist for further evaluation.
Good luck.

Hi.
I agree with Teresa.  Acute or chronic infections can cause enlargement of the lymph nodes in the neck or axilla.
What other laboratory examinations were done so far?  I would suggest to have a thyroid function test if that is not yet done.  That can rule out the possibility of a thyroid problem as the cause of your symptoms.

Hello alex, i have also posted on here and have recieved wonderfull support from other members. Sore glands or lymph nodes are normally a sign of infection, however lymph nodes can swell for many other reasons. Are your glands increasing in size at all, do you have "night sweats" or any other symptoms? Have you been given antibiotics or anything else? What tests have you had so far?

Regards
Teresa x
