Low Levels HGC and progesterone put on Crinone

Hello,
I am new to this site and looking for helpful advice. After Miscarrying in April. I found myself preg. again on Sept 14th. My levels were low HCG 22 and Progesterone 5.7 they immediately put me on Crinone 8% 100mg one time a day. 2 days later repeat blood test. HCG level dropped to 14 and prog. 11.9theytold me that keep continuing using cream unless i have a regular menstrual cycle then to discontine cream.  yesterday morning when I went to the bathroom I had bleedin on toilet paper. Quite a bit. But non on panty liner. Just when wiping. So i did treatment last night. Today same thing  lightly spotting on toilet paper.When I spoke to nurse friday drwas not in but to keep using cream unless reg period. I will be speakin w dr in the am tomorrow but a bit nervous as to what is going on once again. It looks like  my levels may be going back down on there own.Any advice would be great.
