Does the existence of a calcified precarinal lymph node  and calcified right hilar lymphnode shown in a CT scan
indicate the presence of cancer?

You really need to give some background and context when you ask such a question.
What is the age and gender of the person?
What was the reason for the CT Scan?

Give that kind of information and you might just get a useful answer.

67 year old black female...smoker.  Reason for CT Scan was recurring problems with pleursy, past history (mid '70's) of tuberculosis....treated with medications and in remission with no current signs. ( No chronic cough, no night sweats, no fever)
