Lung Cancer or Anxiety?

I am concerned about whether or not I should worry about lung cancer.  I currently have generalized anxiety disorder where ive gone from thinking i have one disease to another, but lung cancer still bugs me.  my anxiety disorder is getting better tho.  here are my symptoms that scare me about lung cancer:
-on and off chest pain on outer chest
-shortness of breath (usually when nervous tho)
-feels like something is in my throat
those are my symptoms, the chest pain is what's really getting me.  it's dull but it's there.  ive been to the doctors 4 times in the past month and she doesnt seem to worry about anything she's saying everything is my anxiety and my chest may just be a torn tendon or muscle injury (i work out 4 days a week and have done that for 4 years).  i am 19 years old by the way, non-smoker and dont hang around smokers.  i dont cough and i dont spit up blood or anything like that.  i just want some closure or advice on the matter id appreciate it

Hi,

You could get a chest xray and ECG done to rule out any pulmonary or cardiac cause of your symptoms.

Considering your age, and other factors , the chances that you have cancer are highly unlikely.

Let us know about what the reports say.

Regards.

hi, you might just have acid reflux, i would go back to your doctor and ask for some tests to be done just to make you feel assured.good luck.
