I had a CT chest done 27 of feb , due to pain , shortness of breath and tightning . Also have a WBC of 15000+
Lymp nodes in neck , armpits and groin . Loss of weight 10 + lbs in 2 months Really weak , sore back left and right upper sides , and neck . Nausea .  No fever and im not sick .

CT scan as follows  .

Pulmonary arteries are well opacified . There is no evidence for pulmonary ebolic disease. The thoracic aorta is intact .
There is no pleural or pericardial fluid .
There are shotty axillary nodes . There is a 1.1 cm right hilar node . Maybe reactive .
There are no focal consolidations . There are no sighns of pneumothorax .
There are bullous changes in the upper lobes more significant on the right than on the left .

Impression : No evidence for pulmonary ebloic disease . No acute intrathoracic pathology .
A 1.1 cm hilar node maybe reactive .

My primary wants me to see a pulmonologist , but i also see a infectionous disease specialist in Boston For CFS. Who i havn't seen in a year . Should i give her a call to set up a apointment ? She has been following me for 11 years now do to CFS and watching my lymphs for Hodgkins .

I posted in many forums , but i get no answers to what this maybe could mean ?

Waiting for a doc to call back with a apointment ***** , but i do understand there are others before me , Who are also ill .

Hi!
Yes, please see your infectious disease specialist. Hilar lymph node could be enlarged due to an inflammatory reaction secondary bullous lung disease such as emphysema or COPD or sarcoidosis. A comprehensive investigation is required keeping all the points in mind. Please consult your doctor regarding this. Take care!
